Was able to upgrade to Base level 21 about two days ago. Leveling up the Lumber, Oil, and Iron depots were tougher than leveling up the main base itself. I was able to get the resources from 4 mature passive farms. I can't imagine how many farms it will take to get to base level 22 and eventually, base level 25.

Last Shelter: Upgrading to Base Level 21
Was able to upgrade to Base level 21 about two days ago. Leveling up the Lumber, Oil, and Iron depots were tougher than leveling up the main base itself.
