How Meralco's 2014 Increase Might Affect Your Bill

Made some calculations based on a friend's electrical consumption last year. Here's the result.

Based on my estimates, a 4 peso increase per kilowatt consumed would increase your monthly bill by 33%. A 10 peso increase per kilowatt would increase it by 83%. Bad news for the consumer but excellent news for the producer and provider.
